Friday Night Donks

Since Friday night is typically a fun filled poker night full of weekend gamblers, I decided to refrain from going out and 5 table 100nl. I lost 6 buy ins on the night over 2k hands. Overall I think I played well, but who knows, I keep losing. Here are some fun hands.

Thats all for now. I feel very dejected right now. 100NL is kicking my ass.

This game is cruel. I feel your pain my man. Granted I did 3k hands today and won 2 BI. The cards have been insane I am stuck like a G in the SB. All my 2p hands have been getting crushed.

I probably fold the AKs hand pre-flop. I'm never folding the KK but I would get it in on the turn.

Most of the hands I've seen are horrible luck. If I were you I'd probably tighten up pre-flop for a little bit and go from there. Try and stay out of some more marginal spots, and fold in marginal spots (especially out of position).

That's definitely not a criticism of your game though. Most of the hands I've seen aren't related to your pre-flop play or marginal spots anyway. It just might help and decrease variance a little during this rough patch.

AIM me and we'll do a sweat soon. We can also discuss anything that might help you out.

I agree with dodgy here. I think the AK is a fold preflop. Against a maniac I would definitely get the trip Kings in on the turn. You only lose to 2 hands and you said he was a maniac. You saved some money here but in the long run I think its +EV to just stick it in...Don't worry man you will snap out of it. I feel the same way about 200nl the past few days. No worries man.

Sweet Jeebus. Surely the poker gods have a fat upswing in store for you.

You'll get there -- believe it.
